What they want
Cryopreservation (sperm/embryo) of mouse strains to protect against loss or contamination and for economic storage. Embryo rederivation techniques to protect Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) colonies from unwelcome agents or to rederive contaminated colonies. In-vitro fertilization (IVF) as an ancillary technique for cryopreservation, rederivation, colony expansion, rescue/recovery, and colony management.
Deliverables
- Cryopreservation projects (e.g., 30 projects in FY25)
- Rederivation projects (e.g., 35 projects in FY25)
