PIPELINE Facility Core

The PIPELINE Facility Core offers services in Genomics, Epigenomics, Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics, Microbiome and Metagenomics, Cells-to-Tissues-to-Organisms, and MultiOmic Data Analysis. It provides consultation to identify state-of-the-art technologies, assists with efficient project design and comprehensive data generation, delivers individualized training, develops workshops and Resource Educational Sessions, and performs robust bioinformatic analyses and data interpretation. Subject-matter experts serve as Resource Navigators to facilitate access, prioritize utilization, and assist with project design, data generation, and bioinformatics. The Core also supports educational and mentoring needs through training, seminars, workshops, and participation in the Center’s Career Development Program. A Matching Funds Core Utilization Program reduces service costs. The core aims to accelerate precision environmental health research, contribute to the career development of investigators, and increase the impact of GC-CPEH research through integration and support for exploratory Pilot Project research and high-impact publications.
