What they want
The project aims to enhance the reusability of clinical trial data shared through ImmPort. This involves developing an automated tool to simplify the transformation of laboratory test data from clinical trials into the ImmPort submission template format. The tool will be an extension of a prototype ImmPort curation approach, relying on a manually curated data dictionary and guiding users through the annotation process with a graphical user interface. Additionally, a comprehensive R-based tutorial will be developed, based on a secondary analysis of two food allergy related clinical trials, covering data retrieval, processing, and in-depth analysis with visualizations, to increase confidence and proficiency in re-using ImmPort data.
